my will vs thy will

What is the balance of ‘my will’ and ‘thy will’ in our lives? It is an aspect I have thought and felt a great deal about since building our house.

I can make plans that feel well thought out, balanced in reason and logic, and fit well in the context of a project/opportunity.
Many times those well reasoned plans do not flow the way my logic has determined! I have railed against the ‘failure’ without change, and I have ultimately found there has been a lesson for Todd, a place of pause that is required in the universal flow of time and space. A time for the confluence of energies assembled to integrate and settle in preparation for the next aspect.

Observing this process these past years, I have discovered opportunities of witnessing a more natural unfolding of my life. Allowing the space for projects/wishes/opportunities to unravel in due time. Less on Todd’s timeframe (which was often accelerated ) and more with a natural balance, guided by a Divine force.
